Several studios are being requested. One for writing in quiet while serving too, as an in-laws retreat when visiting. One is only for guests who may stay longer. It will keep a short term guest room in the main house open. The other, recently completed, is an art studio above the garage. The construction of these, if water and sewer are included are comparable or above, cost-per-square foot, to a new house. These stand-alone buildings do establish a special environment at your residence.
